These Chinese Vegetable Chow Mein They’re ready in minutes with your favorite veggies. Here’s an easy recipe to improvise with something original.
Cooking times will vary depending on the noodles you are using. You can use fine rice noodles or traditional noodles, and you can even refill them with noodles they sell so they are ready in minutes. As for the veggies, chop up what you have in the fridge or use your favorite veggies or even a mix of veggies for a stir-fry.
If you use soy sauce instead of soy sauce fried noodles (sold in Asian stores) You can prepare the famous noodle chow mein, But our vegetable chow mein recipe for you uses simple ingredients that we love, and we use classic soy sauce.
Ingredients for 2 servings
- A pack of 200g Chinese noodles or a bucket of oriental noodles with water to make a 300g finished product
- 300 g mixed vegetables (green garlic or asparagus, half a red or yellow pepper, a handful of mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms, a few carrots, chopped zucchini, or sprigs of broccoli or cauliflower…)
- soy sauce

- sunflower oil or mild olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation of Vegetable Fried Noodles
